DECLARATION by PERSON IN CHARGE

By submitting the present form I accept and declare the following:

1) I declare that I accept the Rules of Sailing, the Notice of Race and all other regulations and provisions governing this race and will comply with them, accept the penalties and any other action imposed on me in accordance with these regulations and in accordance with the procedures provided as a final result in any matter arising under these regulations, and I agree not to resort to any court in accordance with the decisions that may arise.

2) I declare that I am racing at my own risk and in accordance with fundamental rule 4 of the World Sailing Racing Rules (Racing Rules of Sailing), it is solely my responsibility to decide whether or not to start or whether to continue racing, I further accept that the Organizing Authority/Organizing Club and any Committee related to the race have no responsibility for any accidents or damages if they happen to my boat, to persons or things, at sea or on land, during the race, and I declare that I will not resort to any court regarding my decision and its consequences.

3) I declare that the above mentioned vessel is equipped in accordance with the requirements of the World Sailing Offshore Special Regulations (Offshore Special Regulations) for class races

4) I declare under my responsibility that the Balance Certificate of the above-mentioned vessel, a copy of which I am attaching, is valid and has not been changed or revoked for any reason to date.

5) I declare that the relevant provisions of the Civil Code will be observed. no. 20 and no. 23, as amended and in force, that the maritime documents and provisions prescribed for the vessel's category are in force on it as well, as well as that international navigational safety regulations will be applied.

6) I declare that I and my crew are knowledgeable and fully comply with the written provisions of the applicable sports law & have valid sports cards.
